Description: Lunar Apogé is made in Roquemaure, France, where the Leperchois family has been making wine for centuries. In 1977, Christian Leperchois became a pioneer in his region by converting the estate to a fully organic/biodynamic process. His wine and the winery are certified 100% organic and biodynamic by Demeter Group.

Vinification: Harvested at night to prevent oxidation, avoid the use of SO2, keeps the freshness and protects the aromas of the grapes. Fermentation is based on natural yeasts and is maintained at a temperature of 28°C (82°F) to preserve the fruit aromas in the wine.
